Türkiye win second women’s VNL title as Vargas earns MVP

Türkiye won the 2026 women’s Volleyball Nations League by defeating Brazil 3-1 in Macao. After dropping the opening set, Türkiye recovered to win 23-25, 25-23, 26-24, 25-21 and secure its second VNL title after 2023.
Melissa Vargas was named tournament MVP after scoring 33 points in the gold-medal match, the highest total recorded in a VNL final in either gender. Brazil finished runner-up for the fifth time, while Italy took bronze.
