Ireland joins Super Six as West Indies and Pakistan win
Carter’s century and Belle’s six wickets powered West Indies past South Africa.

West Indies defeated South Africa by 55 runs in their final Under-19 World Cup group match. Zachary Carter scored 114 as the Caribbean side made 234, before Shaquan Belle’s six-wicket haul helped shut down South Africa’s response.
Pakistan also won comfortably, beating Zimbabwe by eight wickets. Ali Raza took three for sixteen to help dismiss the hosts for 128, and Sameer Minhas’ unbeaten 74 guided the chase home in 26.2 overs.
Ireland secured its Super Six place with a four-wicket win over Japan in Windhoek. Freddie Ogilby made 73 and Sebastian Dijkstra finished unbeaten on 55 after Japan had posted 247, while Adam Leckey contributed three wickets and 44 runs.
