Unbeaten Uzbekistan earns promotion at men's under-18 Division III A worlds
Salokhiddin Azimov led the scoring as Uzbekistan finished ahead of Hong Kong, China and Israel.

Uzbekistan won all five games to claim the men's under-18 Division III Group A world championship and promotion for 2027. Four regulation victories and an overtime win produced fourteen points, two more than silver medallist Hong Kong, China.
Salokhiddin Azimov was named the tournament's top forward after recording eleven goals and eight assists. He contributed a hat trick in Uzbekistan's 7–6 overtime victory against Türkiye and four points in the closing 6–3 win over Israel.
Israel took bronze, while New Zealand finished last and was relegated. Hong Kong's Kiu Long Rexton Chui received the best goalkeeper award, and Israel's Artur Charniak was the top defender. Uzbekistan's next destination was the 2027 under-18 Division II Group B championship.
