Women’s Europe Cup semifinal lineup takes shape
Linz, Cagliari and Ganxets joined Hodonin after completing their quarterfinal return matches.

Linz AG Froschberg, Quattro Mori Cagliari and Miro Ganxets Costa Daurada completed the women’s Europe Cup semifinal field alongside Hodonin. Each club converted a first-leg advantage into qualification during the return matches, setting up the final stages of the competition.
Linz beat Son Cladera Mallorca 3–0 at home after winning away 3–1. Suthasini Sawettabut, Britt Eerland and Andrea Pavlovic each needed five games to supply their points, making the sweep closer than the team score suggested.
Cagliari secured the necessary two wins against Fenerbahce, ending its return at 2–1 following a first-leg sweep. Ganxets defeated Dr Casl 3–2 after winning away 3–0, with victories by Guo Ruichen and Andrea Todorovic establishing the qualification margin.
