Bangladesh and the Netherlands secured Super Six places at the Women’s T20 World Cup Global Qualifier in Nepal. The Dutch survived a late home-team surge to win by two runs. Babette de Leede scored 49 in a total of 140 for five.

Nepal’s Rubina Chhetry and Sita Magar added an unbeaten 45 late in the chase, but Heather Siegers helped protect the Dutch advantage. Bangladesh defeated Namibia by 80 runs after posting 144. Shanjida Akther Maghla took four wickets for 14 as Namibia was dismissed for 64.

Ireland beat the United States by 16 runs, with Leah Paul scoring 67 in its 154 for seven. Scotland earned its first victory by chasing Zimbabwe’s 101 inside 14 overs, winning by five wickets. Katherine Fraser contributed 44.
