USA reaches Super Six as Scotland ends Nepal’s campaign
The Netherlands tops Group B and Ireland completes a comfortable win.

The United States reached the Women’s T20 World Cup Global Qualifier Super Six for the first time by defeating Papua New Guinea. It chased 110 for five with two overs remaining to win by five wickets. Lekha Shetty took three wickets for 27.
Scotland secured its own progression by beating hosts Nepal by 72 runs. Priyanaz Chatterji’s unbeaten 45 from 28 balls helped rebuild Scotland from 17 for three to 140. Nepal’s elimination left Scotland, the Netherlands and Thailand advancing from Group B.
The Netherlands finished atop that group after beating Thailand by 17 runs, with Isabel van de Woning taking four wickets. Ireland finished second in Group A by defeating Namibia by seven wickets. Leah Paul remained unbeaten on 27 as Ireland completed the chase inside 15 overs.
